Ariyatas Sutthachai, CEO of BE Petrothai Group, joined Gastech 2025 in Milan alongside global energy leaders to explore how LNG and Hydrogen will drive the next chapter of the clean-energy transition.
 
We were inspired to hear the vision of Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, CEO & President - PTT Public Co., Ltd. on Thailand’s role in the global LNG market. Align perfectly with our mission and our world-class partner, Baker Hughes, to develop high-efficiency gas turbines—namely the LM9000, which powered by natural gas, serves as the core driver in LNG facilities, and the NovaLT16 model offers remarkable flexibility—capable of operating on 100% hydrogen or any blend of hydrogen and natural gas from 0–100% —this innovations represent  a seamless transition toward a cleaner energy future and setting new standards for performance, versatility, and environmental responsibility.
 
After Gastech, our CEO had the special honor to welcome executives from Thailand's Ministry of Energy visiting the Baker Hughes workshop in Florence. The visit focused on the innovative H₂ Village, a pioneering site where Baker Hughes tests gas turbines that can run on 100% hydrogen fuel.  This firsthand experience allowed Thai officials to see how hydrogen technology is not a distant concept but a tangible, operational reality today.
 
This visit underscores our commitment to supporting Thai government's energy strategy and providing the most advanced, sustainable solutions for the nation. We're proud to bring this world-class technology to the Thai market to help achieve the country’s energy security and decarbonization goals.
