BE Petrothai Advances Workforce Capability Through Internal Training Under the “Valued Engineering” Initiative
BE Petrothai is committed to strengthening the engineering knowledge of our member through the Training & Knowledge Sharing program. Designed to enhance technical expertise and practical knowledge, the initiative enables our teams to better support customers throughout the entire equipment lifecycle while reinforcing our "Valued Engineering" .
Led by our Engineering Management team, the program provides opportunities to exchange knowledge and deepen their expertise in Flare Systems, Process Burners, and Control Valves. The program also promotes closer collaboration with our Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) while encouraging knowledge exchange with customers. Through these initiatives, we strengthen our technical value chain and foster long-term partnerships built on expertise and trust.
