Filtration

To maintain a product within specification, purify the product for the next process or sale, and protect critical equipment from damage. Filtration is an important process to diminish a contaminant build-up in the process from a product. Furthermore, the filtration will help to minimize downtime, lower energy consumption of oil and gas production.

We keep in mind that customer recently considers the minimizing operation, maintenance costs, and the appropriate filtration of oil & gas should not be done by only one kind of filtrate equipment or cartridge style. Our company has the variety of filter vessels and cartridges to extract the most difficult of contaminant, so we can ensure the right effective selection for our customers' application needs.

The filtration can be classified into 2 core types;

Gas filtration :

our selection gas filter system is Horizontal gas coalescer which provides more liquid capacity and greater solids capacity than a vertical coalescer. The Horizontal gas coalescer is an innovative production technology with high efficiency up to 99.98% removal of solid particles and liquid droplets contaminants (such as lubricating oils, low surface tension liquids, and aerosol mists) down to 0.3 microns.

Liquid filtration:

our selection liquid filter system is "High Flow Capacity Liquid Filter", which pulls out the particulate in liquid applications with high efficiency up to 99.98% removal of solid particles 0.5 microns and larger, is available in both in-to-out and out-to-in flow path. We also have Single-stage liquid/Liquid phase coalescers with 99.98% removal efficiency of liquid droplets and solid particles 0.3 microns and larger, removal of the discontinuous phase fluid down to 15-20 PPMV is achieved during the coalescer cartridge style. Our company offers the customer the variety style of cartridges depending on the fluid streams temperature, compatibility, and cleanliness needs of the customer requirement.

Apart from the filtration efficiency, we also see the relationship between flow rate and pressure drop across the filter that have an effect on Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) or filter cost, operation cost and any cost for example, electricity charge or electrical energy charge (kilowatt/hour), wage, disposal fee and etc. We will estimate and determine the lowest overall cost, filter lifetime, and the proper filter changing schedule with the best worthwhile.

Moreover, there are

7 key factors
to consider for choosing filter;

Efficiency

Type of filter

Energy
Consumption

Quality and
